Terms of Service
These terms apply to services provided by Zam Digital Solutions unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Quotations and estimates
Estimates produced by the quote tool are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quotation after we review your requirements.
Scope and changes
Each project begins with an agreed written scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.
Payments
Projects are normally invoiced in milestones, beginning with a deposit. Work continues once each milestone payment is received.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, access and feedback in reasonable time, and to hold the rights to any material you supply.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the delivered work. We retain the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Warranty and support
We correct defects in delivered work at no charge for an agreed period after launch. Continuing changes are covered by a maintenance plan.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
